Smokey Bear Poster Stamps SBr. 121-124

This item is Smokey Bear Stamp SBr. 121-124 in a block of four and singles.  This issue was released in 1987.  The Forest Service issue information is 925,000.  This issue is perforated 12 1/2 by 12 1/2 with porforations around the outside edges as well.  These are mint, full gum, never hinged stamps.
