The base measures 4.5”x7”, and the overall it has 5” x7.8”.

There are aging wear signs as shown in pictures. It would be an easy job to repaint, but the beauty of this piece is its age, in my opinion.

The bow tie is a bit loose and blemished. Will leave to buyer to do whatever you like.
