In the boxes there was one Oversized (6 X 4 inches) "Box Topper" card to a set of 5.
These are chromium cards (I have a set in my eBay store)
I came across this card which is the same, but is done with the FRACTAL technology.
In my talks with Lady Death Card "experts", no one has ever seen one of these,
or knows how it was issued.
Thoughts are that it was a Case Topper or a pre-production sample.
A few others have surfaced that have a checklist back,
but this is the only one I've ever seen with the 0-1 Box Topper Back.
A very rare Lady Death collectible.
