Do you accept Buy it Now offers?
Unless we have listed the item with a fixed price, we will not accept offers. It is our policy to allow all auctions to run their course.
Can I collect in person?
We offer collection in person from the location specified on the listing. You may pay in advance before collection. We require the QR code provided by eBay if you choose to pay in advance.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes
Do you post internationally?
We use eBay's Global Shipping Programme for all our orders. eBay will automatically combine your purchases at the checkout stage, if this doesn't happen then please contact eBay's customer service team.
How long before I have to pay for my item?
We allow up to 7 days for payment to be made before an unpaid item case is automatically opened by eBay.
Delivery
All orders are dispatched within two working days of receiving payment. We use a variety of couriers depending on your item and location. We are only able to post your order to the address provided by eBay.
Can you dispatch my item at a later date?
Due to limited storage space, we cannot hold onto your order. This will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment.
Customer Service
Our team is available Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays). We will respond to your question within 48 hours during these times.
About us
100% of our proceeds go to support Emmaus Greenwich, which gives homeless people accommodation and meaningful work. We run a small community which houses 28 people who have experienced homelessness, our Companions. We ask Companions to volunteer with us for 35 hours a week, most choose to work in our social enterprise. We also run stores which specialises in selling second-hand furniture and white goods.
