Vintage Charcoal Maxi Wool Fit & Flare Frock Coat 12 Victorian Gothic Military

Vintage long dark charcoal grey wool full length military frock coat

Very good quality wool coat,  fit & flare with black cotton velvet trim on cuffs, collar and pockets

Double-breasted twisted braid and button frog fastening, and silver satin lining

No size or makers or fabric labels unfortunately and I cannot even see that they have been removed so there may have been none in the first place 

Based on measurements below and trying on, this is a Size 12 and a taller size for best fit:

Measurements are 20 inches underarm to underarm, 16 inches shoulder to shoulder, 25 inches shoulder to cuff, 17 inches across the waist and 52 inches nape of neck to hem
