Porcini Mushrooms which have been simply dried to provide a quick and easy ingredient addition to many recipes. Porcini Mushrooms have an intense savoury flavour which works perfectly in stews, pastas and risottos.

Simple to prepare
To rehydrate: soak mushrooms in 300ml of boiling water. After 30 minutes, remove the mushrooms with a slotted spoon and cook before eating. If using the soaking liquid as a stock, let it settle and pour off gently leaving any sediment behind.
