This is a new print, but there are some smudges to along the left side of the print.  I do know how if these can be removed.

This pieces is being sold "AS IS"

This is a Large Size unframed woodcut art print that purchased in Chiapas Mexico. This print is titled "Achoque" and depicts an Axolotl the critically endangered salamander who originated from Lake Xochimilco and Lake Chalco in what is now Mexico City.  Urbanization has destroyed their habitat.  I do not know anything about this artist, Huertaonly that i purchased this piece on my most recent trip to San Cristobal de las Casas in the highlands of Chiapas.  It is signed by the artist and is the 3rd strike of a 20 print run made in 2021.  I purchased several other prints while in Chiapas and Oaxaca, so take a look at my Ebay Store for a larger selection...

This piece would make a wonderful gift for the amphibian collector or a nice addition to your own Mexican Folk Art Collection....

This unframed print measures; 10 inches tall by 11 3/4 inches wide.
