SIZE: The printed area including titles is approximately 16 x 26 cm, 6.25 x 10.25 inches (medium) plus margins with folds as issued.  

ARTIST/CARTOGRAPHER/ENGRAVER: Engraved by John Carwitham (active c.1723-1741) from a drawing by Louis Michel Dumesnil (French, Paris 1663–1739 Paris).
