TWO copies of this book are offered here. The first is a 1981 First Printing, and the second is a 1989 Second Printing. The only difference is the the 1981 copy has a 5-panel, fold-out genealogical chart that has information on both sides. Both copies can be described as: softcover, 8-1/2" x 11" in size, illustrated color front, inside front, and back covers, 48 text pages with 77 color and B&W photos, paintings, maps, and other illustrations.
