We ship via USPS & FED EX. We always ship insured with signature confirmation with items exceeding $250.00

APPRAISALS 

We provide insurance appraisals upon request for a small fee.

LAYAWAY

We offer 90 days LAYAWAY option for purchases exceeding $1000. The initial payment must be 30% of the purchase price. PLEASE NOTE: There are no returns on Layaways.

RETURN POLICY 

We are available 7 days a week to speak via phone or email to answer any and all questions. We are happy to provideadditionalphotos,videos and details on any given item. We always post 12 HD quality photos for each item with a true and accurate description. That being said, we do not offer refunds. We do make exceptions to this, as our main goal is to service the customer and build long-term relationships with our clients. 

RESIZING 

With our highly skilled jewelers on staff, we would be happy to resize your ring, necklace, watch etc, upon request. Depending on the nature of the sizing there may be an additional fee. Please call us for a quote.
