1 Derby cover & 1 point cover unpainted.

If your Harley Davidson big twin has a 3 bolt, or Sportster has either a 4 bolt, or 6 bolt derby cover, then you can select the applicable cover.  If your big twin has a 5 bolt derby cover you will need to measure the outside diameter.  There are 3 sizes to choose from.  One is way smaller then the rest at 6 1/4".  This proves to be a little tricky to measure because the face of the derby cover is domed.  It is best to remove your derby cover and measure the back face that is the flat gasket surface side.  Another method would be to cut a 7 ¼” & 7 ¾” circle out from some thin cardboard.  This will allow you to hold the cut out around the derby cover to compare the 2 diameters and determine what will fit your bike.  There is also an additional charge for a gasket that will come with the 7 1/4" & 7 3/4". 

Point covers are available in 5 hole and 2 hole bolt patterns.  Only for the 2 hole bolt pattern I offer 2 different sizes, either 3" or 2 1/2".

These are the real deal! This is not a casting.  This was machined in a CNC machine out of a block of 6061 Aluminum.  The program takes hours and hours to just make one.  An artist draws me original art work.  Software was then used to transform the drawing into Vector Art.  2D art work was then transformed into a  model and I created the reliefs and shapes that tool paths where then assigned to.  A massive program needs to be drip fed to the machine.  The code is to large to fit in my extended memory, insane.

All of these finishes you see are machined finishes.  It looks awesome.  There is no polishing or plating.  These parts can be plated, polished, chromed, painted, or left raw.  Polishing my covers with Blue Magic polish brings a awesome shine to my work and only takes minutes to do.

I am working with an airbrush artist and a pinstripe artist.  They have been hand painting my covers and adding an even more unique look to my work.  Just tell me how you would like your cover painted and I can have it hand painted by an exceptionally talented artist for an additional charge.  The pinstriper uses enamel paints.  This is the same paint he would pinstripe a hot rod or bike with.  It is extremely durable and long lasting.   The Airbrush artist uses lacquer paints and clearcoats this with a very durable shiny finish.
