Set is part of private collection of the entire line of modular Creator buildings purchased new each year of release and assembled for display in smoke-free home.  No box.  Instruction booklets are in excellent condition with minimal wear.  Pieces are all from original set in clean, excellent condition with the exception of 1 brick (1x2 light gray with grooved lines--color is slightly different).  Mini-figures assembled.  Took photos of completed set before disassembling.  Checked all pieces against printed inventory list (list included) sorted by color and cross-checked against pieces listed in instruction book.  

Please note:  I try to be very accurate in accounting for the pieces and am confident all are included.  No extra pieces are included (some sets have extras).  If you find there are any missing please let me know so I can rectify as I have thousands of Lego pieces available.   I will not reimburse for any pieces purchased from an outside source.
