You will have to use sharp scissors to carefully cut the holes in the chaise cover to allow the bolts' insertion for ADD-ON application... easy- or take to seamstress to finish

THIS IS THE FREESTANDING VERSION WHICH HAS FINISHED SIDES TO EXPOSE AND DOES NOT HAVE THE PRE-FINISHED BOLT HOLES TO ATTACH TO ANOTHER PIECE- YOU WOULD HAVE TO CAREFULLY CUT THOSE HOLES YOURSELF:) BUT FOR THAT REASON< YOU MAY EVEN SET IT UP WITH THE CHAIR ON ONE SIDE, Attached to the chaise, and then no armrest on that side- because that chaise side is FINISHED NICELY :)
