Pretty cream drop waist dress with bows on shoulders.  Chiffon type overlay and fully lined. Gorgeous scalloped edging on skirt section- see photos.

Waist seam to seam 16 inches

Total length from shoulder 33 inches approx. Just about reaches my knees but I'm only 5' 3"
