September 17, 1957 dated front and back pages of Illustrated Speedway News with the famous Charlie Musselman crash sequence photographed  by Walter Chernokle at Pennsylvania's Langhorne Speedway.  Musselman not only survived but other than being knocked out he was uninjured.

Very cool piece, would frame beautifully.  See pics for condition, there is a tear along the front page fold that is minimally visible when laid out flat.
