Up for sale I have a brand new Oem Kawasaki power valve governor and gasket, part numbers 14090-1249 and 11009-1960. Both the cover and gasket are genuine Oem Kawasaki. They will fit 1993-2004 Kawasaki Kx 250. These parts are in stock at my location and not a drop shipment.
