Very nice, good quality, previously owned Templar knight tunic and hooded cape. In very good condition. Fabric is thicker, heavier duty cotton. The tunic is lined, both are hemmed well. The tunic has a black mark that I believe came from the black leather belt. The cape, since it’s pretty long, has red clay sand stains along its back edge from dragging the ground while walking. These can be seen in the photos. Fabric is 100% cotton, made in India. The tunic is lined, has a large red Cross on the front chest and there is a slit in the middle front and back. The cape has a large hood attached, ties closed with a medallion type corded rope. There is a lot of fabric that went into making these two pieces. The tunic measures approximately 50” total length, 21” across the outer shoulders, and approximately 30” from armpit to armpit. From the middle neck down to where the slit begins in the tunic is 20” and then the slit itself is approximately 27 1/2” to the bottom. Across the bottom on each side of the slit is 23 inches, therefore approximately 46” straight across the bottom. The cape is hard to measure since there’s so much fabric and depending on where you measure it from, but it’s approximately 56 to 57” total length from the shoulders somewhere. These are two really great pieces, not cheaply made. Have been in my possession for approximately 10 years. Dry clean only, cautioning the technician to make sure the red crosses do not bleed color into the rest of the fabric. The size on both indicates extra large.
