The DUR181 string trimmer has been developed as a lightweight 260mm (10-1/4″) Cordless grass trimmer, powered by a single Makita 18v lithium-ion battery. Featuring a well balanced tool design with angle adjustable cutting head for home gardening.
Well balanced tool design – The battery position is located under the main handle, exactly at the place that plays a role of pivot point when the tool is swung like a pendulum for grass cutting. The battery is therefore not swung around to minimize user’s fatigue
Easy to change spool assembly – Nylon cord can be fed from the spool by bumping the bump feed button against the ground
5 position adjustable pivoting head enables user to adjust cutting angle, allowing for trimming in tight spaces
Battery capacity warning lamp alerts the user when the battery is running low or empty
Adjustable loop-handle can be adjusted according to user’s height and working posture
Spool assembly is easy to attach and remove, also easy to rewind. It comes equipped with a metal bump feed button for wear resistance
