Very rare item made in Tucson Arizona, a center for fashion in the 50s where the patio dress was apparently invented. 

Creased but otherwise in great condition with a small stain on the left armpit area as photographed and center front blue where something joined the edges together.

24" chest. 

18" elasticated waist will go to a 24".

17" shoulder to hem.

Rare piece for collectors of fashion history or doll outfitters etc.
