Liberty & Co. hammered pewter Tudric style tea set comprising teapot, hot water or coffee pot, and small milk jug or creamer. Only the creamer is in good condition. If you have the necessary skills you might be able to restore the teapot and hot water pot to a better condition. Teapot - Woven cane handle covering - partial; body, lid and foot misshapen; metal/wooden finial on lid very loose. One pint capacity; stamped to base - H / English Pewter Made By Liberty & Co / 01216 / 1 Pint.
Hot Water Pot - Woven cane handle covering - complete but with cracks; body and lid OK but foot missing; metal/wooden finial on lid loose. Three quarter pint capacity; stamped to base - H / English Pewter Made By Liberty & Co / 01216 / 3/4 Pint.
Small Jug - No covering to handle (this may be original state); body, handle and foot in very good condition (medium scratch inside). Stamped to base - H / English Pewter Made By Liberty & Co / 01216.
All three items have been wiped with a damp cloth, then dried and buffed with a soft cloth; in addition, the small jug has been gently washed in warm water with a mild soap, rinsed, dried and buffed again.
