In great pre-loved vintage condition, small snag and content and size tag is missing(see measurements below for best fit info). The inner left button hole is a little loose, might be completely fine when wearing, a couple of stitches, or a larger button would fix it if it's a problem. 

Womens Vintage A-Line Wrap Skirt from Campus Casuals of  California from the 70's, more than likely a size XS. Belt loops for a skinny belt.

Woven Jacquard Diagonal Plaid in shades of orange and hunter green. Looks like it came off a college campus in the 70s.
