Vintage Mid Century Italian Pencil Reed Bamboo Wine Rack / Holder

Pretty sure for Department 56 - (I can not see any markings but it's the exactly same style and material of two other pieces I have that are marked - "Made in Italy for Dept. 56")

Measures approx. 20" long x 7" wide x 6" tall

Pre owned good overall vintage condition. (There are some small splatters of something - mostly in the inside - please see photos)
