This is a 1/4" output jack in stereo, Fender model 0013043049. Jacks over time get worn and contact with your cable's plug end can be compromised. This replacement jack is made in the USA. Jack ferrules for Telecasters, Strats, and others are in my other listings. Comes with all mounting hardware. Excellent, original OEM part.
