• Domestic express postage: offered for an additional $6. Guaranteed delivery within 48 hours of purchase. 

• Local pick-up: we are based in Ryde, NSW 2112. Please contact us should you wish to pick up.

• Goods shipped via domestic standard and express postage are packaged in a C5 mailer with bubble wrapping.

• Goods shipped via domestic standard postage with tracking are packaged in a C5 mailer with bubble wrapping or cardboard box (depending on size).

All purchased goods may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

• A full refund will be issued for new goods if they are intact in their original packaging. Otherwise, a 50% partial refund will be issued.

• A full refund will be issued for all used goods. 

Please email or contact us through Ebay and we will help you resolve the issue. An exchange or refund will be initiated upon us receiving the good. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

An exchange or refund will be issued for all goods that are not as described in the listing and/or are faulty:

• A partial refund will be issued for goods that are otherwise not as described in the listing (e.g. item damaged during transit but is still usable).

If over 3 business days have passed since the estimated arrival to your area as per the "Transit Times" tab, we first ask that you contact your local post office. There is a possibility that no-one was home when the package was delivered, and so it was returned to the post office.
