Photograph Notes: Taken in July 1975, this photo shows the old bus station at Woodside with several double-decker vehicles owned by the Merseyside Passenger Transport Executive in the departure bays. In the distance across the River Mersey can be seen the Liver Building, the Radio City Tower and Liverpool's Roman Catholic Cathedral. Since this photo was taken, the bus station has moved a short distance to Conway Street, CH41 6RT. Arriva North West, Avon Buses and Stagecoach Merseyside now operate services into the new bus station.
