This is a very old verion of this. The dates I see inside and on the cover are 1947 and 1949 but what i'm seeing online it may be newer than that (maybe 1960s) photos shown for copyright and back cover for your perusal.
This is in ROUGH condition. There are several pages that were repaired with tape and the tape has discolored with age. The spine is rough. Book still holds together but it is ROUGH ROUGH ROUGH.
