An Islamic bronze champlevé coconut cup obtained from estate. Per informal appraisal, 18th - 19th century with a possibility of aging to the 17th century.
The coconut is untreated and has a burn and/or hole in the bottom and is detached from the interior of the cup. There are some areas of loss of the champlevé infill material. Reference pictures.
