The P2G Data Logger and GSM communicator has two input channels for logging pulses from up to two metering points. Separate tamper detection channels for use with gas metering can trigger an SMS message alerting when a gas meter has been interfered with. The P2G is an intrinsically safe Sira ATEX approved device for situating in potentially explosive Zone 0 environments. The long-life battery allows for 5 years endurance assuming standard data delivery configuration. The P2G also has a temperature recording channel for monitoring ambient temperature.
