Local pick up- We have the option for local pick up. If choosing local pick up, there is no shipping fee. With this option you will purchase your item and choose the pick up option. We will then reach out once we receive the order to give further instruction for exact pick up location.

DOA POLICY- For the shipping option If fish arrive dead, please take a clear picture of the dead plants in the  unopened bag and send it to us immediately upon delivery.

We will REFUND THE FISH COST EXCLUDING SHIPPING. OR OFFER A REPLACEMENT.
