Behringer Multicom PRO-XL Model MDX2600 Quad Dynamics Processor

Works well. Used this for Hi-Fi ham radio type stuff some years ago.

The only issue I found was on channel 2 on the back the little spring-loaded switch on this channel tends to stick a bit. Works fine just sticks in sometimes.  

Power cable not included. Just needs the common 3 prong computer type plug in cable.
