Two softcover volumes. Exteriors are virtually pristine, showing no stains or damage. Spines are straight, bindings remain tight, hinges and joints taut, corners square.
Interiors are immaculate. Pages toned lightly due to age, though are crisp, clean, and fresh. No markings, tears, foxing, stains, or wrinkles present. Illustrations remain colorful and vibrant.
Slip cover is lightly scuffed and rubbed with a few tiny stains. Spine label slightly sunned.
Box is not intact - it is entirely broken, worn, and aged.
Signed to the colophon of Volume 2 by artist Miguel Covarrubias. Hand numbered copy #112 of only 1500 total copies.
A handsome two volume set overall.
