This listing is for Heathcliff #12 from Marvel/Star Comics. This is a Newsstand edition. Heathcliff was not prized by collectors in 1986, and the ones that did were largely purchasing from the Direct Market. That makes this issue a rarity. There likely are better newsstand copies out there, but not many of them.

What makes this issue collectible to a larger audience is that it is the "Face Month" issue. In order to celebrate the company's anniversary, they had all the comics published that month use the same border with a portrait of a single character, the "Faces of the Marvel Universe." For those looking to complete the Faces of the Marvel Universe, this is a very nice condition copy of the comparatively rare Newsstand Edition.
