A note about MVNO carriers: A great development in the cellular marketplace in recent years is the creation of Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO).  These companies have contracts with the major cellular carriers to resell their service, usually for a big discount.  It's the same towers, same voice, same text, and same data that you would get from the major carrier, just for much, much less.  Now, not only can you save big on buying a quality used phone from us, you can save on your service as well!

An important note about verifying ESNs: One of the toughest parts of selling used cell phones is making sure your phone is ready to activate.  Most cellular carriers would prefer that customers buy new phones and get locked into a contract, so they are not very helpful to used phone retailers who want to make sure phones are ready to activate.  Third-party services provide a lot of good information, verifying the phones are not stolen and collecting as much information as they can, but sometimes their information is incomplete.  Because of this, like any other retailer of used phones, we are unable to 100% guarantee activation.  But there is good news - keep reading...


If you do have trouble activating your phone, most issues can be resolved by calling the carrier's customer service or bringing the phone into their store for activation.  Occasionally, even though the third-party verification services say the phone is ready to activate, customers discover during the activation process that the carrier will not allow you to use the phone.  This is frustrating to us, because we want every customer to be happy with their purchase and not experience difficulty during activation. 


The good news is that by buying used, you save hundreds of dollars on your device AND you get quality cellular service without a contract enabling you to come and go as you please.  The other good news is that we are still here for you even after the sale.  We will offer as much advice as we can and if the phone simply cannot be activated, we stand ready to either provide a replacement or a 100% refund.
