This is truly a really beautiful original watercolor painting done by artist (signed in the lower left).  It has a wonderful strong image, just beautifully done and very little fading for its age.  The painted image size is approx. 18.5 inches X 8 inches frame.

Maybe mean Wat Phra Kaew palace
