Great Necks are so cool. They really have an 'it factor' compared to a few mouthpieces. They have a slightly different core tone and response. These are from the 1940s! It has the large font and serial # 63,822.

You'll see these listed from $200-600.00 with #5's demanding the upper list prices. Factor in a $300 instant market value price + pro inspection/refacing alignments and the price is very nice!

This one arrived with some minor sanding/refacing evidence on the table, yet the side-to-side machine marks remained as well as the 4* on the Table.

The bite plate has minor tooth marks, but nothing major. I prefer these with a tooth pad sticker installed anyway.

TONE: I find that these play "clean", more crisp than Brilhart Tonalin, and have the MID-focus from the side-wall chamber design.

WWS WORK: It arrived with about at 0.084" tip size, with the shorter facing style, and the alignments were pretty nice! We added script enhancement to the gold paint (more gold) and cleaned up the table and tip seal in the mouthpiece work.
