P.O. Box Address:

All P.O. Box shipments will be shipped within 2-5 days from when the order is placed. There will be no additional charge for P.O. Box shipments just the normal $7.95 Flat Fee will apply to all continental U.S. shipments.

Canceling Orders

Bikj reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.We are not able to cancel any orders that have been submitted to our warehouse for shipment. Due to or high order volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing begins.

Rejecting Packages/Undelivered Packages

If your package is rejected or marked as returned to shipper upon delivery, your initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The actual amount we paid to have your order ship will be deducted from the total of your order as FedEx/UPS/USPS will bill our account a second time to return the package to our warehouse facility. .

Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, store credit, or money back refund. All returns must be made within 30 days from when the order is delivered.
