This is an auction for the Bad Boy Rocketry Upscale clone kit of the Estes Bullpup Rocket.

This is an Upscale of the Estes Bullpup 12D #1972 rocket kit - one of my personal favorites. 

This kit builds an impressive 27" long, 2.5" diameter rocket that flies awesome on F to low-impulse G motors. The original kit is an iconic design that has been a favorite for years. Now we bring this classic to midpower rocketry!

In the box you receive a 2.5" diameter body tube, a transition that you cut down to a tail cone, a plastic nosecone, laser-cut plywood centering rings, laser cut plywood fins, a 29mm motor tube, launch lugs, a Kevlar brand shock cord and one of our supercool BBR stickers.

Three pages of instructions with color photographs guide you through assembly and decal application. 

This is a challenging kit to assemble that requires you to hand slot the body tube and add nose weight. 

This is not a beginners kit.

I flew this rocket beautifully on an F20-7 motor (see attached video) and it can handle a variety of F and low-impulse G motors.  

This rocket does not come with a parachute, nose weight or motor retention, so you can add your favorites.

This is a fun and exciting build that gets a lot of attention off the pad.
