You are looking at a 1992 Maxx Racing McDonald's #2 Dale Earnhardt Sr. card.  Dale autographed this card in comparatively solid black sharpie just below his image, which is typical for his autographs on this issue.  PSA/DNA has authenticated and encapsulated this autographed card Authentic.
