You are looking at a 2005-06 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection #AP-TM Exquisite Auto Patches Tracy McGrady card.  The patch appears to be a portion of very possibly the "D" in "McGRADY" from his nameplate.  The autograph is comparatively clean and bold.  This card has been individually numbered by Upper Deck 53/100.
