My wife has been making hats over 15 years.
Our caps are 4 panel, reversible caps, made from cotton material , print on one side and a solid black on other side. There is no elastic in hats.
caps are worn by bikers, welders, pipefitters, painters, I wear them while working in the yard, my wife wears them, doing lawncare with our son.
Caps are serged , so they are strong at seams, there is no cardboard in the bill, so the hat keeps it shape after being washed.

To figure your hat size, use a soft tape measure or a piece of yarn, and measure above your eyebrows, and all the way around your head, please see picture for low crown and high crown measuring. PLEASE DO NOT PULL TAPE OR YARN TIGHT

They can be hand washed or machine washed on gentle cycle (cold water) air dry or tumble dry on low- to prevent shrinkage.
