-This item is in poor overall condition.  There is some wear to this item in a few areas and some blemishes.  Please see photos to get an idea of the overall condition of this item.  The cover has come loose from the pages.  Also one page has also come loose from the rest of the pages.  The cover in general has lots of wear.  The pages inside are in pretty good shape though.
