Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme PCIe Sound Card SB1040 works great and tested in the latest Windows 11 which recognized it and also Linux Mint (latest) works well. The software suite has an updated version by a programmer named Daniel Kawakami if you want the bundled package it came with. Otherwise Windows supports it out of the box. Really easy way to add optical in and out to a PC as well.
