Open box but complete Revell U.S.S. Constitution in the LARGE 1:96 scale, resulting in a completed model that is about 36” long. Very vintage late 1970’s edition, but all parts appear to be present - the brown parts bag ripped open and there were a few parts loose in the box, but I collected all and sealed them into a zip lock bag. I reviewed the parts trees and it appears that all parts are present and accounted for, including all thread netting and spools of thread to represent ropes.

The sails are all present and feel a little brittle from age, and a few have some minor creasing - but I believe that all of the sails will be usable once they are trimmed out, maybe requiring a little paint along the way to freshen them up.

All instructions and paperwork are present. This blast from the past looks like it came out of a time capsule! The box shows a little previous minor water damage, but the parts appear to have been protected. The box smells a little vintage, but it seems to be airing out well. It’s almost 50 years old!!!

I’ll construct a box to ship this in and will additionally bubble wrap the parts in the box as well as possible.
