A fine Edwardian silver vesta engraved with a foliate pattern, with a suspension hoop and a sprung hinged lid, English sterling silver hallmarked in Birmingham in 1903. The initials 'EEH' are engraved on the front. The maker's mark refers to the silversmith W J Holmes. It is 42mm by 32mm. It weighs 22.5 grams. 


Condition: The vesta is in good condition, with no dings, splits or repairs. Surface scratching commensurate with age and use.  The lid opens and closes with a good 'snap'. Please see full description and photos.
