Very rare set of these unique headphones with the original leather headband and the wooden WHD adapter frames.

This set has been rewired to allow direct drive from a Stax electrostatic energiser. Connection is via a 4-pin XLR adapter so you can try direct drive by speaker amp or headphone amp if you like. However these are unquestionably best driven directly from a Stax amplifier and not by a transformer. The transformer box that TakeT sells is undersized.

The original cable is included.

I would not recommend the use of any amp less than an SRM -717 series amplifier and would very highly recommend the use of something like a KGSSHV. These headphones are a massive capacitive load.
