HERO ILLUSTRATED SCRATCH OFF CARD

6 x 4 inches.  Exact date of contest is unknown, but came from a collection that ended in 1994. Card has not been scratched but does have a small bit of wear on the right edge of the 3rd gold square that can be seen in the image closeups.  Card is much whiter and more colorful than our images suggest.
