Offered is this black-painted folk art piece made from a railroad spike and other pieces welded together to form a "golfer" figurine. There is a painted face and ball. I don't know who made it or when.

The piece is approx. 6 1/2" high, with a base about 3" wide and approx. 3 3/4" from front to back. It is missing the right arm but otherwise appears intact. There are some light surface marks from handling, some light surface corrosion and dust in the crevices and natural bumps, etc. in the steel.
