If you have a question or issue about anything, please contact us before you go to Ebay and we do our very best to resolve all requests in a fair manner.  Our excellent feedback reflects this.

Payment is required within 24 hours of auction end.  If you do not pay within 24 hours, your bid will be cancelled.

If you do not intend to pay within 24 hours, please do not bid on our items.

If you have no (“0”) feedback, please message me before you bid on an item.  If you do not contact me and place a bid, it will most likely be cancelled.

On all of our buy it now listings, immediate payment is required.

No returns accepted unless item is not as described or is damaged.

I ship using FedEx, UPS and USPS.  Tracking will be available on most all of my shipments and most of them will be insured.  If you receive a shipment from me that appears to be damaged during shipment, please take pictures immediately to document the damage so that I may file a claim for insurance.  In instances where your item has been damaged or lost during shipment, I will refund your money upon receipt of your request and pictures (if applicable).  I will file for insurance on my own time after I have refunded you.
