I have done some research and talked to glass experts about this wine decanter. I was told that this wine decanter was made in eastern Europe around 1875.

It is handblown and has a pontil.

It has the words Chag HaPesach painted in gold leaf on the front of the bottle. The gold leaf is worn.

The glass is beautifully etched with flowers. SEE PHOTOS
