How to connect the Meoonley smart watch and enable call function?


  1.  Turn on the "Bluetooth" function of your phone.
  2. Open the "Google Play" or the “APP Store".
  3. Search for "Da Fit" APP and download.
  4. Open the APP, click "ADD A DEVICE", select “C20pro" and bind it.
  5. After selecting "C20pro"to connect, on the mobile phone system pop-up pairing request, select "Pair". (Call function is available by default).

Note: Bluetooth pairing will not work if the watch battery is below 10%. The distance of the Bluetooth connection should not exceed 10 meters.

  1. Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.
  2. If the app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch--> Click the "Settings" icon-->Click the "System"--> "reset".) Then try again.
  3. If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the app and also delete the "C20pro" from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the app and try again.
  4. If you can not receive any message or make the call,please check the permission enabled.(On your phone permission about App)
  5. It support system version above Androdid 6.0 and IOS 9.0.if the version is lower than 9.0, please upgrade first.(It can be set through the mobile phone - general -about this machine - check the version)
